Below are links to photos of a few of the many places I have skied. I post these for the viewing by my friends that accompanied me on these ski trips. They can be viewed by anyone but I warn you they load slowly. Remember patients is a virtue. I have also included some pictures of the Adirondack Mountains and my Axes.

I know people give up on pages that don't load in less than twenty seconds and I don't blame them. However for a page to load in less than 20 seconds (even with a 56K modem) the file size has to be fewer than 40K. I know the arithmetic looks funny here but it just works out that way. Well most of my images have been reduced to less than 40K. Those taken with my digital camera sometimes come out less than that but those taken with my old Nikon F2 and scanned in often go over 500K. I reduce them as much as possible but I can only go so far and the quality suffers to the point they are not worth viewing. I will continue to work on making these files smaller yet worth looking at but remember some of these pages have as many as forteen images on them. My advice to those that want too see these pages is click on them and than find an alternate activity. Go out for a run, lift some weights, or read a book for a change. Do you have a partner? Well work on your relationship, there are plenty of things too do here that can be very entertaining. When your done there will be my pictures to help you cool down.
